- Clean-shaven face (cutting line only): In adherence to OSHA guidelines, candidates are required to wear tight-fitting face masks to reduce the risk of silica dust exposure. For the cutting line role, it is imperative to maintain a clean-shaven face to ensure optimal sealing of the masks.
- Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet production deadlines and goals.
