- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
- Ability to understand patients' medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff.
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) with one of the following:
- American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
- American Medical Technologists (AMT)
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
- National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
- National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
- National Association for Health Professionals, Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA)

Find your purpose as an LPN or CMA at our Baxter Family Medicine Clinic In this role, you will provide patient focused rooming for all types of clinic visits, communicate results and other medical information to patients and providers, and assist in assuring the day-to-day activities are completed timely and efficiently. Duties may include rooming patients, obtaining vitals, medication refills, prior authorizations, phone calls, assisting with in-office procedures, and collaborating with on-site X-ray and nearby or onsite pharmacy and laboratory services.

Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud and relocate to within 30 miles of primary work location.

Our roots go back to 1886 when St. Cloud Hospital was built to serve the health care needs of people living in Central Minnesota.
