    Job Description
    Responsible for leading contract development, review, renewal, execution, termination, and archiving for the department.

    This person will develop and review contracts to identify and interpret appropriate data for system entry, maintenance, retrieval and archiving.

    They will provide ongoing assistance and support to departments staff on a wide variety of healthcare, risk management, and general corporate and litigation issues by assisting with legal research, writing, contract review, document production, and other tasks as assigned.

    Works collaboratively and collectively with departments finance, legal, and institutional personnel to ensure alignment amongst multiple contracts. Serves as the departmental contact, coordinates and manages the submission, tracking, and reporting of contracts.

    Skills and Requirements
    Tenured experience working with legal contract agreements
    Experience working on collaboration agreements, engaging with vendors and stakeholders, and collaborating with a close-knit team
    Working experience with legal language (structure of service contracts)
    Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
    Paralegal or Juris Doctor
    Bachelor's Degree null
