    Job Description#zrBasic Purpose:
    The Business Development Manager is tasked with spearheading sales initiatives and cultivating relationships to drive growth for programs and trainings. This role requires expertise in business development and direct sales outreach, alongside the ability to contribute to marketing efforts by crafting compelling pitch decks and sales materials.
    This position is full-time, on-site in White Plains, NY with a base salary of $80-100k with additional incentive/benchmark bonus of 20-30% of base.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting the expansion of programs and trainings, focusing on fostering relationships with agencies, institutions, schools, organizations, and physicians.
    • Generate referrals through effective relationship-building with business associations, physicians, key clinical stakeholders, and community resources.
    • Conduct market analysis to inform sales strategies, set goals, and devise plans for growth.
    • Facilitate collaboration across departments to drive program development.
    • Assist in marketing endeavors and collaborate with external vendors.
    • Create high-quality executive-level presentations and deliver them to key stakeholders.
    • Provide backup support to the marketing team as necessary.
    • Support additional duties and projects as assigned.
    Minimum Requirements:
    • 5 to 7 years of experience in a Business Development role or related field.
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, not-for-profit or similar environment strongly preferred.
    Travel Responsibilities:
    • At least 25% travel required.
    • Flexibility to travel as needed.
    Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
    • Bachelor's Degree or higher in business, marketing, sales, or related field.
    • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Google Suite is advantageous.
    • Analytical aptitude with experience in design software preferred.
    • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred.
    • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in developing and supporting clinical programs.
    • Proven track record in sales.
