- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday security, including intersection and segment security.
- Experience in configuring Workday Time Tracking and/or Absence Management.
- Additional experience in configuring other Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Benefits) is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday security frameworks and leading practices.
- Strong understanding of data security and least privileged access principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in creating calculated fields and condition rules.
- Workday Pro Security certification is preferred.
- Tools/Technology Proficiencies:
- Proficiency in advanced security configuration tools within Workday.
- Familiarity with standard office software and project management tools.
- Experience in ServiceNow HRSD a plus.
- Experience in Excel required.
- As a Workday Security and Configuration Analyst at Avantor, you will be integral in evaluating, designing, and configuring security measures that protect our organizational data and ensure system continuity. Additionally, you will be responsible for deploying enabling configuration supporting Time-Tracking, Absence and other areas.
