Responsibilities

• Send inquiry packages to overseas manufacturers or agents for price and delivery quotation
• Daily communication with overseas manufacturers and agents regarding production details for all confirmed orders
• Daily communication with Shanghai office regarding production details for all confirmed orders
• Work with designer for sample fitting comments and approvals
• Work with sales for order details
• Work with production managers for order delivery details
• Work with Quaility Assurance Department for lab and sample approval

Qualifications

• Formal education (College Degree)
• Knowledge of Fabric and Garment Construction
• Minimum of 2 or more years experience in production
• PC proficiency with word and excel
• Bilingual Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
• US Citizenship or Green Card
• Have experience for private label is preferred
• Have experience for junior customers: Costco, Walmart, Kohl's, Fred Meyer, Meijer, is preferred
