Description
ASM Affiliates (ASM) has an immediate opening for a full-time Proposal Specialist based in any of our California offices, with the ideal location being southern California region to align with other department personnel. ASM is a leading professional consulting firm specializing in archaeology, architectural history, and other cultural resource management related (CRM) services with 15 offices across the western, southwestern, and Pacific regions. The successful candidate will be an integral member of our dedicated team of professionals, working in a collegial and positive environment within the Proposal and Marketing Department.
The Proposal Specialist will support daily business operations and the pursuit and preparation of, in concert with Department lead and senior technical staff, business opportunities and business qualifications for all firm locations. This position requires an ability to successfully collaborate with internal staff and customers, independently manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a deadline-based environment. There will be flexibility for a hybrid and/or remote work schedule.
Required Qualifications
ASM offers a compensation package that includes competitive pay, professional development, marketing organization/association membership, a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental, paid vacation/sick, and holiday leave, participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan, 401k with matching, and bonus plan. The pay range is $60,000 - $70,000 annually and will be commensurate with the applicant's credentials, experience, and responsibilities.
