    **Overview of the Position**

    Fairview Health Services is seeking an Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic - Andover. Our thriving practice includes multiple on-site specialties and a long tenured and experienced staff.

    **Practice Details:**

    • We have a 14-provider primary care practice with more than 7 specialists onsite, providing comprehensive care to our patients.

    • Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day, ensuring a manageable workload.

    • We offer 34 patient contact hours per week, allowing for meaningful relationships with our patients.

    • Call frequency is low intensity, with phone consultations only and first-tier nurse triage.

    • We have openings for 8 full-time equivalents (FTE), offering flexibility in scheduling.

    • Our Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) system is fully integrated, streamlining clinical workflows.

    **Responsibilities and Job Description:**

    M Health Fairview Clinic – Andover is located 24 miles from downtown Minneapolis, situated in the beautiful and growing community of Andover.

    This area offers a great place to live, work, and raise a family, with access to excellent schools, amenities, and recreational activities.

    **Qualifications:**

    • Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency training program.

    • Board Certified/Eligible (BC/BE) with the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA).

    • Licensed or able to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.

    • Able to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.

    • Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
