    Project Lead

    CR architecture + design

    CR architecture + design is seeking a tenacious Project Lead, with a desire to further develop their people, project & leadership skills.


    As a Project Lead, you'll gain exposure & knowledge of the many aspects of project management essential to learning how to manage projects, people and client expectations successfully. Participating & assisting the Project Manager with completing basic project management tasks will include: project budgeting, scheduling, creating and updating project plans, kick-off meetings, managing deliverables, design development, construction documentation, bidding, permitting, construction administration, site visits, code research and quality control.


    What Does It Take To Be Successful?

    • Producing and providing oversight of construction documents using REVIT
    • Juggling multiple projects often with short timelines
    • Anticipating problems before they arise & resolving complex technical & design issues creatively
    • Effectively communicating within a project team; including taking direction and giving direction
    • Mentoring junior staff and leading by example
    • Identifying ways to innovate and improve the accuracy & efficiency of our processes
