    Virtual Family Medicine Physician

    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Virtual Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Penn Medicine. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-centered environment.

    About the Role:

    • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the discipline of Family Medicine.
    • Consult with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment and recommend diagnostic tests as needed.
    • Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccinations, and other medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
    • Explain procedures, test results, or prescribed treatment with patients and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.

    Requirements:

    • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree issued by the Accreditation Council on Medical Education.
    • Certification by the American Board of Family Medicine or board eligibility.
    • Current medical licensure issued by PA State Board of Medicine or the PA State Board of Osteopathic Medicine.
    • Successful completion of Family Medicine Residency.
    • Prior experience in clinical medicine as a Family Physician.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • At least three years of clinical patient care experience as a specialist in Family Medicine.
