    Design and Implement MEAL Frameworks:

  • Develop and implement robust MEAL frameworks for the organization's departments, programs, and projects.
  • Design and conduct baseline studies, mid-term evaluations, and end-of-project assessments.
  • M&E Plans for Programmatic Departments:

  • Collaborate with programmatic departments to develop and implement robust Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) plans.
  • Ensure that M&E plans align with organizational goals and contribute to the overall impact assessment.
  • Data Collection, Analysis, and Research:

  • Conduct research to inform strategy and evidence-based decision-making
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to program impact and outcomes.
  • Utilize both quantitative and qualitative methods to assess the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Accountability and Feedback Mechanisms:

  • Establish and manage feedback mechanisms for stakeholders, ensuring their voices are heard and integrated into program improvements.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of accountability systems.
  • Capacity Building:

  • Provide training and support to staff on MEAL methodologies and best practices.
  • Build the capacity of teams to incorporate MEAL activities into their work.
  • Learning and Innovation:

  • Foster a culture of learning within the organization by promoting the use of data for decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement based on evaluation findings.
  • Reporting and Communication:

  • Prepare and present clear and concise reports on program performance and impact.
  • Collaborate with communication teams to disseminate MEAL findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in a variety of data collection and analysis tools.
  • Excellent grasp on Project Management tools and tech advancements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
  • Knowledge of food allergy issues or related health issues is a plus.

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Development, Public Health, Monitoring and Evaluation).
  • Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning roles, preferably in the non-profit sector.
