- Develop and implement robust MEAL frameworks for the organization's departments, programs, and projects.
- Design and conduct baseline studies, mid-term evaluations, and end-of-project assessments.
- Collaborate with programmatic departments to develop and implement robust Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) plans.
- Ensure that M&E plans align with organizational goals and contribute to the overall impact assessment.
- Conduct research to inform strategy and evidence-based decision-making
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to program impact and outcomes.
- Utilize both quantitative and qualitative methods to assess the effectiveness of interventions.
- Establish and manage feedback mechanisms for stakeholders, ensuring their voices are heard and integrated into program improvements.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of accountability systems.
- Provide training and support to staff on MEAL methodologies and best practices.
- Build the capacity of teams to incorporate MEAL activities into their work.
- Foster a culture of learning within the organization by promoting the use of data for decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement based on evaluation findings.
- Prepare and present clear and concise reports on program performance and impact.
- Collaborate with communication teams to disseminate MEAL findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in a variety of data collection and analysis tools.
- Excellent grasp on Project Management tools and tech advancements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
- Knowledge of food allergy issues or related health issues is a plus.
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Development, Public Health, Monitoring and Evaluation).
- Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning roles, preferably in the non-profit sector.
