    Responsibilities:
    • Perform detailed engineering analysis of products returned following customer warranty claims or testing in order to determine validity of claims and root causes for failures.
    • Write clear, concise, and timely technical reports to document significant findings and completion of analysis for the customer or in support of the warranty and engineering group.
    • Maintain seal return and claim records/reporting database (Product Return Database) and reconcile with PowerBI reporting, as well as organize storage of the physical inventory.
    • Learn and understand specific customer validation test patterns and requirements, as well as its applications on vehicles.
    • Conduct tests to identify patterns, create failure reproduction and determination of root causes for failed products.
    • Contribute to the FNST Product Development Process
    • Participate in meetings / activities with external and internal customers
    • Leads and participates in process improvement workshops
    Qualifications:
    • Associate's degree or equivalent technical experience years of Industry relevant professional experience)
      Strong analytical problem-solving skills are required for this position.
    • Demonstrates computer skills, including proficiency in Windows Operating Systems, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
    • Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
    • Professional-level English language skills preferred
