- Develop a marketing plan and a communications calendar
- Convey our mission and impact through multiple mediums which include but are not limited to social media, newsletters, fundraising, and donor relations materials
- Partner across the organization to collect stories and assets. Be the lead content creator for the organization, creating video assets, fliers, social media posts, cases for support, email campaigns, etc.
- Advise on best marketing practices and emerging needs for the organization
- Actively lead efforts to identify and create opportunities to build awareness of Club services, programs, and activities, and giving opportunities
- Create marketing materials for programs throughout the year
- Help manage website content
- Create press releases and manage advertising
- Build strong collaborative relations internally and externally
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned such as event set/up attendance, helping in program when needed, etc.
- Work with the CDO to create and monitor budget for marketing needs
- Provide reports on marketing ROI
- Work with the CDO to create goals around engagement and activation
- Manage organization's shared photo storage and track photo release permissions
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 2 years of marketing experience
- Experience in a fundraising/philanthropic setting
- Working knowledge of development principles
- Minimum of two years of work experience in a successful fundraising office, and a solid foundation of development principles and practices
- Experience working with multiple internal stakeholders to create deliverables
- Experience building systems and setting up new best practices
- Experience in a youth-focused non-profit preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and change
- Like working in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Can communicate effectively across a wide audience

Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue (BGCB) has served the Bellevue community for over 70 years. With 18 clubhouses across Bellevue, we provide a safe place for thousands of youth when they are not in school. The need for our services has never been greater, and we are looking for a marketing manager who can help tell our story of impact. When most think of Bellevue, they often do not realize the incredible wealth disparity in our city creating hardships for many. In recent years, our scholarship budget has tripled so that we can support those families who need us most.
Under the supervision of the Chief Development Officer (CDO), the Marketing Manager is responsible for creating a marketing plan, communications calendar, and collateral for the organization. The Marketing Manager is a key partner in building public awareness, among a broad and diverse audience of the Club's brand and mission, to help the development team ultimately achieve financial and engagement goals.
