    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our facility maintenance team in Wentzville at the General Motors site.

    A valid state or IBEW license is required for this position.

    Paid health insurance benefits are available for the selected candidate and their dependents.

    The ideal candidate will have experience working with various electrical systems, including pumps, relays, control systems, motors, 480v lines, and bus lines.

    • Installs and monitors electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and identifies potential hazards.
    • Repairs, installs, replaces, and tests electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances using specialized tools and testing instruments.
    • Updates electrical panel schedules and schematic plan sets as needed.
    • Troubleshoots primary distribution system malfunctions, including ground fault tracing and cable replacement.
