We're seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Business Development Representative, driving opportunities and forging partnerships in new territories, that propel our business forward.
If you're passionate about fostering relationships, building brand awareness, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this position is tailor-made for you.
With the opportunity to participate in strategy development, the chance to work closely with our seasoned Account Managers, and the opportunity to make meaningful connections across the country, you'll be able to hone your skills and make a tangible impact on the K12itc growth trajectory.
You Will:
Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in green territories to drive business opportunities.
Strategically promote K12itc's brand and solutions through various channels to increase awareness and market presence.
Identify and engage with appropriate organizations and partners to enhance our market reach and effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to align business development efforts with overarching growth strategies.
Work in tandem with the team of Account Managers to support client needs and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Develop and execute creative and strategic plans to maximize revenue generation and market penetration.Utilize budget management skills to allocate resources effectively and achieve desired outcomes.
Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and objectives, while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Key Performance OutcomesSuccessfully expand organizational footprint into green territoriesGenerate leads and opportunities that lead to expected pipeline growth of $4M-$6M Manage travel/partnership/event budget effectively to maximize spend while staying under the threshold Requirements
You Have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldMust reside in the Kansas City metropolitan areaAbility to travel up to 50% of the time; travel will vary by the seasonAbility to self-manage with minimal oversight while meeting all KPIs and organizational expectations Salary Description $50,000 + Commission
