    The Associate Director will manage all CRM marketing and recruiting operation functions of the admission process for all graduate business programs.

    This position will work directly with the Senior Systems Specialist to make sure all CRM user information is accurately set up and completed.

    The Associate Director will also manage program recruiting for one or more graduate business programs and coordinate with the Assistant Dean and Senior Associate Dean of Graduate Education, to implement annual marketing and recruiting activities.

    International travel for recruiting purposes is required.

    • Proficient with work management applications such as computer databases, web applications, CRM systems and office applications such as word processing and spreadsheets
    • Willing to travel domestically and internationally
    • Bachelor's Degree with a preference for a degree in marketing, communications or other business-related discipline
    • Four years admissions or recruitment experience overall, and including at least two years of international recruiting experience
    • Experience in Slate CRM software
    • Master's Degree in marketing, communications or other business-related discipline
    • Experience in graduate business admissions or recruitment
