    The Process Manager role is focused onleading a wide variety of process improvement projects and transformationinitiatives across the Consumer Sales unit.

    This position will be responsiblefor developing business process improvement capabilities within theTransformation team in a highly visible role reporting into the Consumer SalesOperations Team.

    The person will be a key contributor to the department byproviding strong professional/executive -level presence, technical expertise,business acumen, and a strong desire to help drive business process improvementsat .


    Laptop with standard MS Officesoftware, MS Teams**Responsibilities:
    Represent Consumer Sales Operationsinterests within the Sales Rabbit platform.

    Update lead routing and assignment acrossConsumer Sales D2d Sales Teams Internally / ExternallyShare ownership of integration betweenMarket and Sales Rabbit.

    Ensure tracking standards that accountfor marketing / sales goals, drive efficiencies, and enable advanced insightsincluding site analytics, multi-touch attribution, cross-channel and productbuy flows.

    Learn, follow, and evangelize thespecific procedures for campaign implementation when new technology oradditional ad management systems are introduced.
    Contribute to the department's goal ofcontinuous improvement and delivering value-added results.
    Develop, define, and implementcross-functional process and procedures facilitating a formal PMO function todrive key business imperatives regarding lead management.

    Prepare tracking enhancements forcritical code releases - includes aligning with key partners, identifydependencies and requirements, performing regular quality checks, and advancingprogress through privacy and architecture reviews.

    Learn, follow, and evangelize thespecific procedures for campaign implementation when new technology oradditional systems are introduced.
    Actively manage competing deliverables tomeet business commitments and client expectations.


    RequiredQualifications:
    Experience with advanced business processreengineering practices, procedures, and principles (e.g., Agile, Lean, SixSigma, Data mapping and/or Project management).At least 5 years of professional levelexperience in Telecommunications in Product, Marketing, Sales/Service, RevenueOperations, Testing, Field Ops or IT PMO.Strong PC skills including 365 OfficeSuit
    • Excel, Word Outlook advanced Excel formula & pivot tableexperience.
    Strong project management skills andability to interact with all levels of the organization.
    Strong analytical and critical thinkingskills.
    Ability to problem solve and workindependently.
    Strong time management, organizational,facilitation and communication skills.
