    **Position Title:** Lead Cook

    **Overview:** The Lead Cook is responsible for food preparation that meets or exceeds hospitality and service standards of the community. The Lead Cook prepares palatable and proper-portioned food for all residents and guests in accordance with production sheets, standardized recipes, preparation methods, portion control, time schedules and sanitary standards as well as serving procedures.

    **You Have:**

    High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

    A minimum of five years experience as a Cook in a hotel, restaurant, club or similar institution.

    **Location:** Just south of Miami, East Ridge is on 76 acres inside the city of Cutler Bay. Were minutes from Palmetto Bay Golf Course, Matheson Hammock, Southland Mall, Zoo Miami, The Falls and so much more. A weekend getaway to the Keys is a sunny drive south on U.S. 1; Miami International Airport is about 30 minutes north.
