Requirements:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) certification
• Compliance with all local and state regulations for SLPA practice, including licensure and certification requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders or related field
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in the field
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive within a school-based team environment

Responsibilities:

• Assist Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in conducting assessments and screenings
• Implement speech and language therapy interventions under the guidance of an SLP
• Deliver direct support to students with speech and language disorders in educational settings
• Document and track student progress towards speech and language goals
• Collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and other professionals to promote student success
