Role Description

This is a full-time Staff Engineer role that will be based in Doylestown, PA. The Staff Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing and implementing structural engineering projects, as well as interfacing with clients and other team members. The Staff Engineer will also be responsible for conducting site visits, providing technical expertise, and mentoring junior staff members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, assessment, and design
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Experience with CAD and engineering software such as Revit, AutoCAD, RISA, or RAM Elements
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management and team leadership
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
• Experience with construction administration and inspection is a plus
