    Description
    Traditions Memory Care of Newton is seeking a Cook to join our dining services team. Utilizing culinary and customer service skills, Cooks prepare nutritious meals while forming meaningful relationships that positively impact residents' lives. Full-time or part-time, PM shift (1:30p-8p)

    Traditions Memory Care of Newton, formerly Accura HealthCare of Newton West, is a newly renovated, 46-bed secure memory care skilled nursing community in Newton, IA.

    We know how important community is and that's why we keep traditions at the forefront.

    Cooks ensure that resident meals are prepared per residents' care plans, focusing on quality, appearance, cleanliness, and sanitation.
    Prior experience serving within the restaurant industry and/or in a customer service role. Able to interact professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents' families, and employees.
