    Job Posting: Business Development Superstar Wanted

    Annual Salary $75K - $105K (based on experience) + bonus

    Are you ready to be the driving force behind our client's success? We're on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Representative who's ready to take our client's franchise services to new heights

    Primary Role:

    As our Business Development Superstar, you'll be the powerhouse responsible for spreading the word about our client's fantastic services Your mission? Meeting and exceeding sales goals, while growing our commercial customer base and cultivating those all-important centers of influence (COIs). Get ready to dive into marketing, networking events, and even storm-chasing adventures to seize every opportunity that comes our way

    Key Performance Indicators:

    • Driving revenue collected from assigned accounts
    • Ensuring our customers are satisfied with top-notch metrics

    Principle Responsibilities:

    • Meeting or exceeding assigned revenue and activity goals
    • Scheduling appointments and maintaining crucial contact lists
    • Expanding relationships and business opportunities with our COIs
    • Keeping track of CRM documentation and tracking those "Target 25" hits
    • Participating in professional associations, Lunch-and-Learns, and industry events
    • Nailing Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and Priority Service Agreements (PSAs)

    Technology:

    • Utilizing the company CRM for sales activities
    • Using the Company's job management system for project tracking

    Professional and Personal Development:

    • Continuously improving skills and expertise in marketing service lines
    • Advancing sales, communication, and team-building skills

    Safety and Risk Management:

    • Attending safety, risk management, and human resource training
    • Following safety and risk management guidelines

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Actively participating in influencing business growth
    • Maintaining effective communication with managers and other departments
    • Taking ownership of roles and responsibilities
    • Handling recurring and unique tasks as necessary

    Decision Rights & Authority:

    • Providing input into the objectives & key results related to the Business Development Department
    • Making purchases within the budget established in the strategic plan
