    Kairos Investment Management Company is seeking an Investment Manager to join our Investor Relations Team. The role will be largely focused on supporting the fundraising and relationship management activities of the Business Development team.

    This role requires a highly driven team-player with a positive and proactive attitude, excellent organization, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

    This role will report to the Senior Investment Director.

    Kairos Investment Management Company is seeking an Investment Manager to join our Investor Relations Team. The role will be largely focused on supporting the fundraising and relationship management activities of the Business Development team.

    This role will report to the Senior Investment Director.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Support directly and indirectly through senior firm personal fundraising and relationship management efforts
    Manage and execute a capital raising process
    Identify target markets, investor types, and investors for various strategies
    Foster existing and new relationships through outbound and inbound business development efforts and networking
    Execute investor meetings independently and with the support of senior firm personnel
    Coordinate meeting follow up and execute pipeline management throughout the capital raising process
    Provide investor support and client service to existing investors
    Manage and maintain CRM system (Juniper Square) to ensure complete and consistent investor information
    Coordinate, prepare, and respond to investor requests and questions, including questionnaires and RFPs
    Lead preparation of marketing materials and collateral needs across all strategies
    Manage ad hoc projects
    Other duties as assigned by management
    Manage junior business development staff on day-to-day projects

    Qualifications & Competencies:

    Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business administration, finance, or related field
    4-8+ years of experience at an investment management, asset management, wealth management, investment consulting, or financial services firm with a period of direct fundraising experience
    Have or be willing to obtain FINRA Series 7 and 63 license
    Polished and professional written and oral communication skills
    CFA, CAIA, and/or MBA preferred
    Well-organized and detailed oriented individual with the highest degree of integrity, motivation and intellectual curiosity
    Competent networker and connector
    Skilled in working across heavily matrixed organizations which requires significant influencing and collaboration skills
    Exceptional time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure and respond to shifting priorities
    Excellent judgment with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    Up to 25% travel may be required

    Compensation:

    The annual U.S. based wage range for this full-time position is $150,000-$175,000 annually.

    The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location and experience and will take into account internal equity.

    Other forms of pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of health & wellness benefits.
