    Job Summary:


    We are seeking a Spa Coordinator to join our team and be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa facility.

    The Spa Coordinator will assist in managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and ensuring exceptional customer service to all guests.


    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience working in a spa or similar hospitality setting
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment
    • Proficiency in spa software and booking systems

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage spa appointments and schedules efficiently
    • Greet and checkin clients, providing exceptional customer service
    • Coordinate with spa staff to ensure smooth operation of services
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa facility
    • Assist in promoting spa services and packages to clients
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
    • Assist in inventory management and ordering of spa supplies
    • Collaborate with the spa manager to implement new procedures and policies as needed
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
