- Assess new vendor relationships to identify specific risks that should be evaluated and monitored; initiate evaluations as needed
- Perform daily tasks related to new and existing third-party suppliers using VRM and Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) platforms
- Assist with monitoring and analysis of identified risks and performance metrics
- Manage portfolio of vendor relationships to identify risk mitigation enhancements
- Ensure compliance with vendor agreements and commitments through regular monitoring of vendor performance
- Work with business units, internal teams, and third-party vendors to achieve program requirements while enabling the business to make decisions regarding risk mitigation

- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience working in a healthcare compliance position
- Strong skills in: written communications, research, relationship-building, critical thinking, project management.
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, federal and state regulatory requirements related to healthcare privacy, security and compliance, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, new State privacy regulatory requirements, federal billing, coding and documentation requirements, Stark and Federal False Claims Act.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to manage databases.

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to support department leaders to develop, coordinate, implement and manage activities for Erickson Senior Living's Compliance and Privacy program.
How you will make an impact:
Manage Erickson's Third-Party Risk Management ("TPRM") program to ensure consistent identification, analysis, response, and monitoring of third-party risks, incidents, and vulnerabilities.
Manage the NAVEX Ethics Point database, the Compliance Department incident tracking and hotline system, including case entry, case updates and case closure; develop reportable metrics for quarterly Compliance Committee.
