- Process and input all customer orders in system
- Check all orders for special requests.
- Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders.
- Report Shipped Orders to customers by next business day via PDF in email.
- Process all inbound shipments into system
- Report Inbound Shipments to customers daily via PDF in email.
- Send monthly inventory reports to customers via email in MS Excel or PDF
- Maintain excellent working relationships with customer by responding to all inquiries and complaints.
- concerning work orders, invoices, shipments inventory counts, etc.
- Oversee all paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files.
- Answer phone calls and operate various types of office machines and computers necessary to perform duties.
- Effectively correspond with customer as required.
- Be On time Daily
