    Responsibilities:
    • Process and input all customer orders in system
    • Check all orders for special requests.
    • Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders.
    • Report Shipped Orders to customers by next business day via PDF in email.
    • Process all inbound shipments into system
    • Report Inbound Shipments to customers daily via PDF in email.
    • Send monthly inventory reports to customers via email in MS Excel or PDF
    • Maintain excellent working relationships with customer by responding to all inquiries and complaints.
    • concerning work orders, invoices, shipments inventory counts, etc.
    • Oversee all paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files.
    • Answer phone calls and operate various types of office machines and computers necessary to perform duties.
    • Effectively correspond with customer as required.
    • Be On time Daily
    • Maintain a strong attendance record
