Job summary
This position is for EPES Transport, Inc., a division of Penske Logistics based in Greensboro North Carolina.
This position involves managing administrative and clerical functions processing orders and coordinating activities to facilitate smooth logistical operations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate load times with planners and ensure alignment with available equipment.
- Receive and enter load tenders from customers through various channels email fax phone EDI update the system with appointment details.
- Obtain and update necessary details related to purchase orders trailers in the system.
