Chemical Process Engineer:

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field requiredPrefer 3+ years of experience as a chemist and/or chemical engineer in a laboratory settingBring a strong foundation of transitioning compounds from lab creation to commercial productionProven ability to scale reactions and products to larger quantities for productionStrong knowledge of chemistry processes and engineering principlesOutstanding analytical skillsExperience building diagrams, flowcharts, and other documents and utilizing modeling/simulation softwareKnowledge of federal regulations and a desire to support and maintain them in the work environmentContinuous improvement mindset to improve existing processes to reduce cost and increase reliability, purity, and safetyTroubleshooting and problem-solving to find solutions for technical challengesDeveloping synthetic plans, and designing and running test experiments for large-scale useExperience working with flow chemistry setupExcellent communication and collaboration skillsMust be able to work in the U.S.
