Manage projects and be responsible for overall delivery and operations
Provide subject matter expertise in Telecom and drive client conversations
Manage 3-5 low to medium complex projects with support from junior consultants
Understand business objectives, define problems statement, and develop analytical or BI solutions
Work with large, complex data sets to solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed
Build data pipelines, and dashboards for marketers to self-serve data needs; enable automated tracking of marketing campaigns
Harmonize data as required and setup models according to the business logic defined o Use statistical tools to identify and evaluate the relationships between data fields, analyse output and determine the next action
Establish scope of work based on client inputs and business needs and is responsible for estimating budget and effort of the project
Track the execution of project deliverables on a daily basis
Work closely with Client and project team to identify and extract the right data for building the solution
Define phased deliverables, tracks milestones and incurred expenses versus planned expenses, evaluates risks and highlights dependencies
Provide weekly updates on progress, task prioritization and next steps to Client
Collect and analyses project metrics. Should be able to navigate and step up in ambiguous situations and manage stakeholder expectations
Works with Architects, Designers, Testers, and Business Analysts at a technological and functional level, to ensure that the solution meets business needs
Should be aware of basic information security awareness protocols, software security in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Required Skills
Proficient in client communication and stakeholder management, crisis handling
experience in personalization (preferred)
experience with digital and retail environments
experience with running algorithmic operations at scale (monitoring, reporting, etc)
Knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies, Python, SQL, PowerBi, Tableau, Dashboarding, Visualization, Storyboarding, Presentation
At least 15 years of overall experience with over 5 years of agile product management experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering /MBA or master's degree
Ensure regular client updates & meetings, stakeholder management, risk analysis of the project, tracking execution & success metrics is done effectively & efficiently, along with some assistance from Senior Consultant
Pay
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
$120,000 – 180,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus for the current performance period.
Benefits
As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.
In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms.
The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave.We also follow a "free time" PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
