    **Part-Time Bus Conductor**

    Part Time

    **PART-TIME; AFTERNOON, EVENING, AND WEEKEND SHIFTS AVAILABLE**

    **Summary:**

    Our guest coordinators are some of the first members to make an impact on our guest's journey. This opportunity is presented as our conductors assist our guests to safely board our motor coaches to a spectacular place.

    Our team is top caliber. Priority is set on compensation, training, and company culture, with a focus on guest satisfaction.

    **Responsibilities:**

    Load and unload guests from the motorcoach in a professional manner

    Direct guest to their correct motor coaches

    Utilize radio/communication devices to communicate service and operational needs

    Follows direction from TMS Supervisor

    Communicate professionally both with motor coach operators and fellow teammates

    Manage bus departures in coordination with the Operations Manager

    Digitally check off guests upon arrival and departure

    Safely assists motor coach operator in backing out motor coach and safely directs the next motor coach into their designated parking space

    Provide clear and accurate answers to guest's questions in a courteous manner

    Resolve onsite issues using problems solving and critical thinking; reporting any unresolved issues up to management

    Other duties as required

    **Qualifications/ Requirements:**

    Maintains a professional appearance

    Ability to work as a part of a team

    Strong verbal communication skills

    Ability to work long hours while maintain a positive and professional attitude

    Ability to remain calm in stressful situations

    Ability to use a smart phone or two way radio for communication purposes

    Ability to learn how to use TMS' ridership application and tracking system and 3rd party software systems/applications

    Ability to operate within a 24/7 environment that may require applicants to work day, evening, and/or night shifts as well as holidays and weekends

    **Working Conditions**

    Outdoor working environment

    Includes frequent/constant standing, walking, lifting, pushing and pulling

    Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, lift or carry

    Ability to reach above the shoulder

    Ability to push/ pull passengers in wheelchairs needing assistance

    **Education/Training/Experience:**

    High School diploma or equivalent

    Customer service experience

    Experience within the travel/hospitality/tourism/transportation industry
