OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (OT) SKILLED NURSING & REHABILITATION KINGSTON OF ASHLAND OH PRN ON-SITE OHIO OT LICENSE REQUIRED KINGSTON OF ASHLAND IS SEEKING A COMPASSIONATE AND MOTIVATED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (OT) TO JOIN OUR SKILLED NURSING AND REHABILITATION TEAM IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL HELP RESIDENTS REGAIN INDEPENDENCE IN DAILY LIVING IMPROVE FINE MOTOR SKILLS AND ENHANCE QUALITY OF LIFE ALL WITHIN A SUPPORTIVE RESIDENT-CENTERED CARE ENVIRONMENT
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS AN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST EVALUATE RESIDENTS FUNCTIONAL ABILITIES DEVELOP INDIVIDUALIZED TREATMENT PLANS PROVIDE HAND-ON THERAPY TO IMPROVE SELF-CARE MOBILITY AND OVERALL INDEPENDENCE MONITOR RESIDENT PROGRESS ADJUST THERAPY PLANS AND MAINTAIN ACCURATE DOCUMENTATION COLLABORATE WITH PHYSICIANS NURSES PHYSICAL THERAPISTS AND INTERDISCIPLINARY CARE TEAM MEMBERS EDUCATE RESIDENTS AND FAMILIES ON THERAPY GOALS ADAPTIVE TECHNIQUES AND SAFE PRACTICES ENSURE OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY SERVICES MEET STATE REGULATIONS
