    CACI is seeking a Business Process Lead/Chief Transformation Advisor to work as part of an integrated team to lead growth and change for the Naval Sustainment Systems – Shipyards (NSS-SY), NAVSEA Transformation Office (NTO) Organization Continued Operations project located in Washington, DC.

    This role serves as an enterprise leader that will develop and lead the future state business process improvements for large Naval

    installations. This

    position will provide leadership in planning, designing, and implementing strategic business objectives in alignment with the customer's vision.

    This entails development of strategic partnerships with military flag level leadership, government, CACI and sub-contractors, advising and driving transformative process improvement initiatives to reach future state objectives.

    This requires onsite presence at the Washington Navy Yard to support a dynamic and fast-moving team of innovators by providing strategic leadership and operational support.


    What You'll Get to Do:


    Advise senior leadership on innovative strategies and industry best practices and methods, to improve processes and drive transformational change in alignment with organizational goals.


    Executive presence—Ability to negotiate, facilitate and influence business decisions in collaboration with senior leaders of both the NAVSEA organization, CACI and business partners.


    Develop and influence a systematic approach and methods to optimize performance and modernize complex business processes to improve organizational outcomes.

    Recommend operational strategies and plans that will directly impact overall functional results.


    Develop, and consult on data management strategies, track, and report metrics to show progress of initiatives and return on investment.

    Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business process and workflow.

    Manage customer expectations in preparation of documentation, deliverables, and staff assignments, as required.

    Draft and review statements of work, white papers, and other routine correspondence.

    Lead planning, execution and close-out actions for routine meetings, cross-functional off-site meetings, teleconferences, and Strategic Planning Sessions.


    Foster an open exchange of ideas and best management practices; build business acumen and relationships; and enhance the professional knowledge, skills, and abilities at all levels of the Command.

    Provide input and guidance on briefing materials for various program manager briefings and presentations with completed staff work.

    Deliver regular status and findings reports capturing the actions, progress, and way-forward recommendations.


    You'll Bring These Qualifications:
    Active Secret security clearance.


    Experience in an enterprise business transformation officer/advisor role, ideally supporting a global organization with a broad portfolio in industrial operations and/or commercial manufacturing industry.

    Knowledge or experience with Naval or Shipyard environment and prior military or government experience.

    Strong business analysis background and experience using sound judgement in making excellent recommendations driving process transformation.

    Experience driving large, complex process improvement, process intelligence and designing to-be processes.

    Demonstrated administrative, project management, communication, and facilitation skills.

    Proficiency in the preparation, selection, organization, and presentation of information in a concise and coherent manner.

    Training, experience, and/or certification in Lean, Six Sigma, Shingo, or Theory of Constraints

    Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

    These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
    Degree in Business Management, Industrial Management, Process Improvement, Industrial and Organizational Psychology or related field.

    Advanced degree(s) in business, or another relevant field.

    Knowledge or experience working in a Naval or Shipyard environment.

    Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

    Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

    Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
