- Manage all aspects of leasing, including inquiries, applications, and lease agreements
- Conduct property tours and ensure a high level of customer service for prospective and current residents
- Address resident concerns and maintenance requests promptly and effectively
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, resident communication, and financial transactions
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents and retain current ones
- Uphold property appearance and cleanliness standards
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Previous experience as a Property Manager in a multi-family residential setting
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.

This is a permanent opportunity being offered through our staffing agency for the right candidate.
Work schedule is full time – 9AM-6PM, Monday-Friday with some weekends included as needed.
As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our apartment community. You will ensure resident satisfaction, manage leasing activities, coordinate maintenance requests, and uphold property standards to create a welcoming and well-maintained environment.
