    Job Description:

    The Seasonal Task Associate (STA) plays a vital role in delivering operational excellence, supporting sales drivers that provide an exceptional guest experience. This is achieved by maintaining stocked fixtures, ensuring overall store cleanliness, and completing assigned tasks. The STA supports the Merchandise Manager (MM) and Operations Manager (OM) by focusing on performance, people, and process.

    Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to meeting or exceeding retail goals by executing tasks as planned and ensuring product availability.
    • Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and complete operational processes, including shipment and replenishment procedures, merchandise sets, inventory counts, and other tasks.
    • Maintain prompt, regular attendance.

    People:

    • Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates, peers, and guests.
    • Participate in ongoing training, including brand and category education, to drive continuous professional development and sales performance.

    Process:

    • Be knowledgeable of Ulta Beauty's policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance.
    • Adhere to Ulta Beauty's dress code.
    • Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventory procedures, and processing shipments using Ulta Beauty's technology and best practices.
    • Drive operational excellence by keeping assigned work areas replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
    • Maintain outstanding store standards and overall store cleanliness, including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
    • Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
    • Execute other operational tasks as directed.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma preferred.
    • 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

    Working Conditions:

    • Continuous mobility throughout the store during shift.
    • Frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting during shift.
    • Continuous and/or frequent lifting, carrying, and/or moving up to 25 lbs. during shift.
    • Continuous coordination and manipulation of objects during shift.
