Specialized Recruiting Group has partnered with a company in Dyersville, IA to search for an Entry-level Mechanical Engineer to join their team.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Design systems.
+ Specify and size system components.
+ Conduct heat load calculations and analysis.
+ Review and recommend design modifications.
+ Ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and energy efficiency.
+ Assist in project conceptualization and contract preparation.
+ Interface with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Create and revise designs using SolidWorks.
+ Collaborate on system designs and maintain consistency.
**Qualifications/Experience Required:**
+ The candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and proficiency in AutoCAD.
+ Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
