- Processes mail and other documents from internal/external customers in a production environment, Prepares documents for scanning, scans and indexes documents, Performs quality control of all documents scanned and indexed to ensure integrity of information transmitted.
- Processes work according to Service Level Agreements Experience: Two years related work experience. Prefer at least one year in an imaging role.
- Knowledge of general office procedures.
- Familiarity with basic office equipment such as personal computers, copies, fax machines, etc. Prefer familiarity with imaging, internal documents and processes and/or customers.
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to efficiently operate office equipment, including personal computer, calculator, fax, and copy machine.
- Ability to perform indexing.
