Planet Technology's client is looking for a ServiceNow System Administrator for a remote contract opportunity. This is a role with our Higher Education client based out of Boston.

Requirements:

1. ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Understand ServiceNow's platform, especially ITSM, FSM, and SPM modules.
2. Customization and Development: Proficient in scripting (JavaScript), customization (HTML, CSS), and ServiceNow tools (Business Rules, Scripted Web Services, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs).
3. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong troubleshooting, problem analysis, and solution development skills.
