What The Position is About:

• Work alongside current marketing leadership to oversee all marketing & lead generation for the company (digital, traditional, and non-traditional)
• Large focus on managing digital marketing for the company
• Manage marketing KPIs and marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
• Manage marketing vendors and third party relationships
• Track and review campaigns for improvement opportunities

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Marketing & lead generation experience within the home improvement industry is required
• Digital marketing management experience is required
• Experience with windows & siding would be a plus
• Understanding of the one-call-close, in-home sales process
