As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our kitchen and contributing to the success of our rapidly growing concept.

Proven experience as a Line Cook in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.
Knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a high-volume kitchen.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and flavorful dishes.
Current Maricopa County Food Handler's certification.
Food Preparation:
Execute precise and consistent preparation of ingredients according to recipes and specifications.
Ensure that all dishes are prepared with attention to detail and presentation.
Cooking and Assembly:
Cook and plate dishes with speed and accuracy during high-demand periods.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
Quality Control:
Conduct quality checks to guarantee that all dishes meet our standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the culinary team to coordinate and communicate effectively during service.
Assist in the development of new menu items and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
Adaptability:
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility to handle changing priorities.
Willingness to learn and implement new cooking techniques and menu items.
Compensation details: 17-27 Hourly Wage
