    Job Description

    The Senior Manager of Total Rewards at Sollis Health will lead our efforts in designing, refining, implementing, and managing comprehensive total rewards, compensation and payroll programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in benefits, compensation and payroll, who can collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with our organizational objectives and values.

    Hybrid 2 days/week in LA HQ

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a long-term total rewards strategy that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent while ensuring competitiveness in the market.
    • Oversee the management of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other ancillary benefits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with employee needs.
    • Manage annual open enrollment process.
    • Manage vendor relationships with external partners, including benefits providers and consultants, to optimize service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
    • Partner with health insurance consultants and third-party vendors.
    • Oversees the leave management programs, process, and benefits including vendor relationships for disability, FMLA, Workers Compensation, and COBRA.
    • Lead the redesign, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, including base pay, variable pay, equity incentives, and recognition programs working with external vendors as needed.
    • Partner with HR leadership to conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to inform compensation and benefits decisions.
    • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation related to compensation and benefits, ensuring consistency and compliance across the organization.
    • Lead the annual compensation planning process which includes merit increases, bonuses, and long-term incentive awards.
    • Prepare and submit state and federal audits as it relates to compensation and benefits.
    • Partner with the broader People team to develop job family architectures, career frameworks, leveling and associated rewards structures.
    • Manage Payroll Manager who manages end-to-end payroll processing, including data input, validation, and distribution of payroll checks or direct deposits.
    • Conduct regular audits of payroll data along with the Payroll Manager to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
    • Prepare and analyze payroll reports for management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
    • Manage relationships with external vendors, such as payroll service providers, finance and agencies, to ensure quality service delivery.
    • Perform related duties as requested

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
    • Certification CCP, CBP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
    • 6+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, benefits and compensation, with at least 2 years in a leadership roles. Payroll experience strong plus.
    • ADP experience is a strong plus
    • Deep understanding of compensation principles, market trends, and regulatory requirements, with experience in developing and implementing innovative total rewards strategies.
    • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
    • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    Compensation

    Range: $130,000-$160,000 per year

    This is the anticipated rate/range Sollis Health reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position in Southern California. Sollis is a multi-state employer and this rate/range may not reflect the pay for positions that are performed solely in localities outside of this location. Actual pay is dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, location, education, etc.
