Job summary:
Chef helps move more goods to more people in more places than any other organization via our million pallets crates and containers. We employ approximately thousand people and operate in sixty countries.
Responsibilities:
- To supervise the work of all production employees monitor production and shipping schedules based on availability of raw finished goods assist with supervising supporting training delegation motivate monitoring activities support plant administration to ensure compliance established policies procedures enforce inventory accuracy fill for operations supervisor as needed provide hands-on peer leadership support training development evaluate motivate delegate monitor activities lead by example within assigned functional area offering guidance support peers troubleshooting issues ensuring smooth operation.
