- Ensure the shipping team understands and completes daily, weekly tasks as well as special reorganization projects that are delegated from management.
- Create a complete training program to ensure shipping associates understand the mission, vision and duties necessary for a successful team.
- Supervise and coordinate 6-8 shipping associates who will store and stage products for shipment, scan and review packing slips to ensure correct loads, and pack necessary accessories for customers.
- Prepare to load up to 2,500 manufactured units daily for on-time and complete shipment.
- Create and follow new shipping metrics.
- at least 4 years of US Military experience
- LEADERSHIP is key; 5+ years' experience in shipping, distribution and operational procedures is highly preferred but not required.
