    As a Server, you will be trained to provide friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable service, contributing to a team environment and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

    Essential Qualifications:

    1. Minimum 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages with food
    2. Minimum 1 year service experience
    3. Some wine/cocktail knowledge
    4. High school graduate, some college
    5. Current CA Food Handler's Card
    6. Ability to satisfactorily communicate verbal and written English with guests, management, and coworkers
    7. Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
    8. Ability to maintain complete knowledge of service standards

    Essential Job Functions:

    1. Complete opening duties as assigned
    2. Take guests' food and beverage orders, utilizing suggestive selling techniques
    3. Input orders into point-of-sale system
    4. Legibly document orders when point of sale system is inoperative and communicate with expeditor
    5. Retrieve all alcoholic beverage items from bar and serve to guest
    6. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas
    7. Open wine/champagne bottles for guests at table
    8. Serve all food courses and non-alcoholic beverage items to guest utilizing correct coursing procedure
    9. Acknowledge all guests, anticipate guests' needs, and respond promptly to guests – however busy
    10. Interact in courteous and professional manner with guests, management, and coworkers
    11. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas
    12. Ensure proper table maintenance and removal of soiled wares throughout the meal
    13. Collect and process payments in accordance to restaurant standards
    14. Support table resets, validating completion and accuracy
    15. Complete server close out per restaurant standards and report tips at the end of each shift
    16. Complete closing duties as assigned
