- Install commercial and MDU satellite and HSD systems
- Perform repair and maintenance on video and data systems
- Conduct site surveys
- Work autonomously to upsell and offer smart home solutions to customers on a daily basis
- Experience in cable. satellite or fiber optic installation and maintenance
- High energy, resourcefulness, and ability to multitask
- An eye for opportunities to sell customers on new personalized technology
- Strong customer advocacy skills: friendly, communicative, with a high degree of integrity
- Aptitude to build rapport quickly. We want you to have a great time servicing our clients
- Ability to work at heights, including ladders up to 40 feet, and in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift over 70 lbs.
- A valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standard
- Travel may be required
