    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.

    Occupational Therapist (OT) - Summer Position| Oxon Hill, MD

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct occupational therapy services to clients in accordance with their individual treatment plans.
    • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine clients' occupational therapy needs.
    • Develop and implement therapy plans and goals based on assessment results.
    • Administer therapeutic activities and interventions to address clients' fine motor, sensory, and developmental needs.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, caregivers, and educators to provide comprehensive care and support for clients.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and client outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
    • Valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Maryland.
    • Previous experience working as an Occupational Therapist preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Dedication to providing high-quality, client-centered care.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
