    Key Payroll Role



    The position of Payroll Specialist is a crucial part of our business team, focusing on providing exceptional payroll services to multiple clients. The primary objective is to process accurate and timely payrolls for approximately 60-80 clients with diverse pay periods, cycles, and complexities.



    This role requires close collaboration with clients to understand their payroll systems and processes. The successful candidate will identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions that enhance the efficiency of these systems.



    Duties and Responsibilities:


    • Process high-volume on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls (800+ employees) for various client companies in a fast-paced environment.
    • Become an expert in new client onboardings, including BBSI payroll software, CRM tools like Salesforce, timekeeping platforms, and HR information systems.
    • Gain comprehensive knowledge about client data by studying key metrics such as turnover rates,
      hourly & attendance patterns , seasonal fluctuations in workforce size & resulting adjustments made thereto amongst other similar attributes .communicate changes effectively between
