    Description:


    As an Assistant to Relationship Managers, you will play a crucial role in supporting client accounts and contributing to departmental activities and projects. You will serve as the main backup for Relationship Managers in client interactions.


    Responsibilities:

    • Assist clients in person, via telephone, and email with various service activities and requests.
    • Process client service-related inquiries and requests accurately and efficiently.
    • Provide coverage for Relationship Managers and keep them informed of client communications.
    • Facilitate the opening and closing of accounts while ensuring all paperwork is in order.
    • Maintain accurate client information on the trust accounting system.
    • Support Relationship Managers with specialized responsibilities.
    • Document and file all pertinent activities and materials.
    • Participate in department meetings to stay updated on procedures and improve workflow.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services.
    • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent client service, communication, and computer skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, pay attention to detail, and work well in a team.

    Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

    • Typical office environment with periods of sitting and standing at a desk.
    • Heavy use of the keyboard.
