We are a small construction engineering, estimating, and management consulting firm.

We have a great repeat client who has a backlog of submittals on an engineering construction project in San Juan Capistrano, Southern California.

The successful candidate will be able to read blueprints and specifications, contact vendors and subcontractors and put together submittal packages, track their progress, interface back and forth with engineers within the organization and with subcontractors and suppliers and bring submittals to a successful conclusion.

We use

Viewpoint/Sharepoint,

so previous experience with this package will be helpful but not critical. Knowledge of the usual Microsoft software is necessary.
This opportunity can turn into a fulltime position either with us or the client.
