Description:

Performs evaluations and implements treatment in a variety of levels of care (acute, TCU, acute rehab, and/or outpatient as needed).

Delivers care in accordance with patient practice guidelines upon physician referral and under the supervision of the Team Lead or Senior Therapist.

Adheres to all hospital and department policies including but not limited to:
infection control, performance improvement, billing procedures and scheduling.

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy. Masters degree or Doctorate preferred.

Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of PA. BCLS certification required.

Strong communication, teamwork and time management skills.

Experience preferred.
