    Industrial Engineer is the responsible to assure work balance in assembly lines, define correct standar work , define cycle times, with proper lay out and material flow, confirming ergonomy correct for personal working on production lines.

    Tasks and

    Qualifications:

    Key Responsabilities:
    Define assembly line flow, cycle times and material movements in assembly lines.
    Workbalance implementation, eliminating wastes in lines. Labor improvement evaluations based on work balance.
    KPIs updated for Industrial Engineering Area (Workbalance, labor, production sq. meters)
    VA-NVA Analysis
    Capacity Analysis based on volumes, by line, by process.
    Rountings Cycle Time confirmation, analysis on cycles time variations, proposal to reach quoted cycle time.
    Coordinate Kaizen events, working with CI Engineer, to apply Lean Principles in Assembly Lines.
    MOST Analysis for NPI products (Cycle time estimations), working with NPI Engineer to define routings based on process flow.
    Responsable for Plant Lay out, to be updated.
    Participate in Make in House Projects to analyze cycle times and labor required to produce products in plant.
    CAPA ́s (Complaints internal and external) follow up if is required.
    EHS policies and procedures follow up
    Create CAPEX for required projects related with this position
    Complete individual kaizens
    NPI builds participation to validate cycle time and labor
    Work together with CI Engineer to review any cycle time discrepancies to be analyzed.


    Qualifications:

    5 years of experience in:
    Analysis and optimization of cycle times.
    Time and motion studies.
    Analysis and definition of production capacities.
    Root cause problem analysis and resolution using tools such as 8Ds, Ishikawa, Brainstorming, etc.
    Analysis, definition, implementation, and focus on process improvement.
    Implementation of Lean projects.
    Process documentation.
    MOST (Maynard Operation Sequence Technique).
